ImpactConnect works the way you want it to.

We have a wide range of features to customize the way you use your telephone. They are easy to use and many come free with your ImpactConnect account.

Control with a Click

Most ImpactConnect features are managed through your MyAccount page. Once you have logged into your MyAccount page, click on Account Features to see a list of features for your phone plan and directions to turn them on or off.

Easy to Use

Many ImpactConnect features are activated with a “Star Command.” This means that when you are on the phone or have the ImpactConnect App open, you dial *69 to dial the last number received, or dial *40 to forward your calls.
